Statit Software, Inc. Acquired by ACS MIDAS+

Corvallis, Oregon - July 2008 - Statit Software, Inc. is pleased to announce its acquisition by ACS MIDAS+, a business unit within the ACS Healthcare Solutions Group of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. Since its inception in 1987, ACS MIDAS+ has been providing a suite of information system solutions to the hospital marketplace. The ACS MIDAS+ solutions and services address important hospital care management needs including care coordination and patient throughput; quality, patient safety and performance improvement; clinical decision support; provider information and management; and accreditation preparedness. The commitment to these needs is reflected in its continually growing and highly satisfied client base which today exceeds 850 hospitals nationwide. The Statit Software operations under the direction of Tom Simas, its former President and CEO, will become the MIDAS+ Statit Solutions Group (SSG) within ACS MIDAS+.
