Software, Inc. is pleased to announce its acquisition
by ACS Midas+, a business unit within the ACS
Healthcare Solutions Group of Affiliated Computer
Services, Inc. (ACS). The Statit Software operations
under the direction of Tom Simas, its former
President and CEO, will become the Midas+ Statit
Solutions Group within ACS Midas+.
