Inside Sales Representative

Located in Corvallis, OR, Statit Software designs,
writes, markets, sells and supports applications
focused on performance improvement and statistical
process control (SPC). Industries served include
healthcare and manufacturing. This is a permanent,
full-time position. We are looking for a dynamic
individual, well versed in performance improvement
practices and techniques.
The qualified candidate will be responsible
for selling Statit Softwares Performance
Improvement solutions to current and prospective
customers in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
- maintain
a focus on incremental sales of Statit Software
products and services to current and prospective
healthcare customers
- participate
in the development/execution of strategic
territory and account plans
- implement
all aspects of territory and account management
- fulfill
a wide range of requests for information from
current and prospective customers and generate
incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling,
up-selling and cross-selling activities within
a territory or account
- identify
accounts with high close potential,
qualify opportunities thoroughly, and accurately
forecast timeframes to close business
- establish
relationships with varying levels of buyers
within current and prospective accounts
- prepare
standard quotations and proposal information
as needed
- work
with other Statit Software departments to
create and finalize contracts and sales fulfillment
requirements
- develop
an understanding of company pricing and licensing
procedures
- Proven
track record of successful, healthcare software
sales experience
- Understanding
of performance improvement practices in the
healthcare industry
- Knowledge
of performance improvement (SPC) practices
- Refine
and continuously improve prospecting and sales
techniques
- Knowledge
of software acquisition cycles and buying
influences
- Good
written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Ability
to quickly establish and build relationships
with customers
- Ability
to communicate technical and business concepts
via phone and remote demonstration technology
and relate them to Statit
Software system applications and user need
- Ability
to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics,
develop a sales plan, and accurately forecast
sales
- Understand
and leverage industry/market trends and basic
business / finance concepts
- Good
organizational and time-management skills
- Ability
to work independently or as part of a team
in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
- Marketing
experience
- Ability
to travel occasionally
