Adding Performance Output and Links to your
Intranet Site
If you have intranet pages set up for different
departments or projects, you can easily enhance
those pages by adding Indicator Performance
output or links directly to them. What really
makes this effective is that the content is
"live", so the images and links are
always current. When new data comes in for a
month or quarter, your pages will automatically
display the most current output.
Adding Indicator Thumbnails
You can add "live" images to your
web pages. These are live in that they will
always reflect the current status. When new
data comes into your system, these thumbnails
will be automatically updated by the Statit
piMD system, so you won't have to go in and
insert them every Month or Quarter. In addition,
you can have these thumbnails link directly
to the detailed output so that users can click
on them and bring up the current output, assessments,
action plans, etc. without having to log into
the Statit piMD system. As an example, click
on the AMI-4 thumbnail below.
Adding Links
You can also add links to your intranet pages
to make it really easy for users to find what
they are looking for without having to log in
and navigate to areas of interest. Here are

You can also add live images and links to your
MS Office documents so that interactive viewers
can access live, and more detailed, Performance
Improvement output.
Want to make sure that you have all the bases
covered during your next presentation? Want
to be ready to drill into the details if the
questions come up? You can start off by using
Statit piMD's publishing capabilities to streamline
the creation of the PowerPoint slides to contain
the indicators required for the presentation.
Then you can add live links to your presentation
to take you directly to interactive output that
will allow you to show the details. If someone
asks questions that require more details, you
can simply click on the link and show them what
they are looking for.
Here is an example slide in PowerPoint. When
viewing the slide during your presentation,
you can click on the image to bring up the live
Statit piMD output. This is just a mockup to
save you from having to download a PowerPoint
presentation, but you can get the feel for it.
Try it out by clicking below and when the Indicator
Trend comes up, you can mouse over the green
text and points to view details. And you can
click on the points to get breakdowns by facility.
Adding Performance Output and Links to other
Applications
This same approach works well to integrate
Performance Improvement output into other Dashboard
or reporting systems like Business Objects,
Cognos, etc. If you are using these systems
for your corporate reporting, you can now integrate
Statit piMD's Performance Improvement output
directly into those applications. You can use
the same approaches as above to add thumbnails
and links to your corporate dashboard and scorecards.
