The set of key performance indicators you are
tracking today will differ from those you will
be tracking in 6 months. Sure, some of them
will be the same, but new initiatives will be
launched that youll either be responsible
for or will want to keep your pulse on. To deal
with this changing list of priorities and focus
in the Performance Improvement arena, Statit
piMD allow users to select their own list of
indicators out of the 100s that the organization
is tracking. This allows users to quickly view
those indicators from within Statit piMD. Heres
an example of the current My Indicator
scorecard for a specific user:

At any point, users can add or remove indicators
from their My Indicators list.
Configure Your Notifications
You can also subscribe to e-mail notifications
for any of your indicators. You can choose to
be automatically notified if the indicator expert
(the person responsible for the performance
of the indicator) adds or changes any comments,
action plans, targets, etc. Heres how
you can configure your subscriptions.

Keeping Your Pulse on Indicator Performance
While a Quality Improvement project is under
way, there is a lot of focus on the various
indicators. Once the project has completed,
youd like to keep your pulse on the performance
so that it does not stray from the gains that
were made. Within Statit piMD, you select the
indicator and request notification if the indicator
falls below the target or if there is some abnormal
variation in the performance. Heres how
youd set that up:

And heres an example notification sent
only when data for a new period is entered AND
one of the above conditions is met.
